The Saudi Council of Engineers developed a draft of the regulations governing the classification of engineering offices and individuals, for approval by higher authorities.

The classification project includes individuals and is known as “professional accreditation”.

The project classifies all engineers in Saudi Arabia into four categories: “Engineer, Associate Engineer, Professional Engineer, and Consultant Engineer”.

These categories are currently adopted as a classification for all engineers working in Saudi Arabia.

Structural Engineer

A structural engineer is the one who analyzes, designs, plans and searches the structural elements and systems

to achieve the design objectives and ensure the safety and comfort of the design users or residents.

Its work should take into account mainly safety, technical, economic and environmental considerations,

but it must also take into account aesthetic and social factors.

Structural engineering is usually a specialized branch of civil engineering, but it can also be studied on its own.

Some countries give a separate license to structural engineers,

which is required to design private or high-risk facilities, such as: schools, hospitals or skyscrapers.

Typical facilities designed by a structural engineer include buildings, towers, stadiums,

and bridges, as well as other facilities, such as: oil platforms, satellites, aircraft, and ships.

Most structural engineers work in the construction industry,

but there are structural engineers who work in the aerospace, automotive, and shipbuilding industries.  In the construction industry,

they work directly with architects, civil engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, quantity surveyors, and construction managers.

Structural engineers construct buildings and bridges so that they are strong and stable enough to withstand all expected construction loads

(such as: gravity, wind, snow, rain, earthquakes, earthquakes, soil pressure, temperature, and traffic) to prevent or reduce loss of life or injury.

Electrical Engineer

Mechanical engineer

A mechanical engineer is one who builds motors and designs power stations.

The field of mechanical engineering requires an understanding of fundamental areas including:

mechanics, dynamics, thermodynamics, materials science, structural analysis, and electricity.

Mechanical engineers use the tools of Computer Aided Design (CAD), Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) and product life cycle management,

to undertake design and analysis of manufacturing sites, equipment, industrial machinery, heating and cooling systems,

transportation systems, aircraft, boats, robots, medical devices, weapons, and more.

Mechanical engineering is a branch of engineering concerned with the design, manufacture, operation, and development of machines or devices used in various sectors of economic activities.

He is particularly interested in forces and motion, a science that studies energy in all its forms and its effect on bodies.

It is a wide specialty related to all areas of life.

Mechanical engineering relates to the aerospace, aerospace, production,

energy conversion, building mechanics, transportation, air conditioning and refrigeration technology, and informational modeling and simulation.
