Russell Wilson and Ciara Nab a $25 Million European-Style Denver Mansion
Just one week after word surfaced that Russell Wilson and Ciara listed their Washington state property for $36 million, details on their new pad in Colorado have been reported. According to Dirt, the new Denver Broncos quarterback and his entertainer wife have purchased a mansion in the Cherry Hills Village area just outside of Denver. While the deal was off market and firm details on the sale price aren’t available, speculators have landed on $25 million.
At 1.89 acres of land and 11,000 square feet of interior space their Washington place was plenty large, but it seems puny compared to the new property that spans 5.34 acres and 20,000 square feet. With four bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and five half bathrooms, the mansion is perfectly suited to the couple and their three children, 7-year-old Future (Ciara’s child with rapper Future), 4-year-old Sienna, and 21-month-old Win. There is also a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment above the detached garage adds space for guests.
The exterior of the European-inspired home is entirely decked out in stone, while the black and white interiors are much more minimal, though a lacquered library and wood-paneled dining room add a bit of flair. Entertainment options abound in the form of a screening room, indoor pool and basketball court that can be enjoyed year round; and landscaped gardens, lawns, and an outdoor fireplace on offer during the warmer months.

Despite its massive size, much of the house still manages to feel cozy, largely thanks to the abundance of fireplaces, exposed beams, and built-in shelving spread throughout the square footage.
