Leonardo DiCaprio Lists Remodeled Beverly Hills Mansion for Rent

Oscar-winning actor Leo DiCaprio is not only a star on the big screen, he’s also a successful real estate investor. The Wolf of Wall Street actor owns homes in the Los Angeles area, Malibu and Los Feliz as well as a posh Beverly Hills mansion that he has now listed for rent. The four bedroom and six bath pad spreads across 4,671 square feet of living space and can be rented for $32,500 per month. DiCaprio purchased the mansion in December of 2021 for $9.9 million.

This two-story structure is located in the Beverly Hills Flats neighborhood. The traditional mansion was built in the 1930s but recently went under an extensive remodel, adding in chevron and white oak floors, designer light fixtures and steelcase doors and beautiful wall detailings.

The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with high-end Sub-Zero, Viking and Wolf appliances. It includes a beverage center and an eat-in island–all accented by black Marquina granite and white Carrara marble. The windows in the kitchen provide natural sunlight to brighten up the space. Adjacent to the kitchen island you will find a breakfast nook and floor-to-ceiling French doors that allow in even more light. The doors lead to a one of a kind al fresco dining terrace.

The main level includes a formal entry foyer, displaying a striking spiral staircase, which flows into a living space complete with a green wood-paneled family room. The inviting room features built-in bookshelves and an open-concept entertainment area. A brass wet bar completes the family room and opens to the backyard which includes a rectangular pool, patio and fire-pit. The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining guests and provides privacy with tall greenery.
