Keke Palmer Buys Up to date Mediterranean in Studio Metropolis for $1.4 Million

Keke Palmer picked up a hillside studio city home that once belonged to fellow former Nickelodeon star Jennette McCurdy, Dirt reports. Palmer paid $1.4 million for the three bedroom, two and a half bathroom space that McCurdy, who played Sam on the hit show iCarly, lived in between 2013 and 2016.

The 2,600 square feet Mediterranean-leaning home features the style’s classic terracotta tiles, though its stucco exterior was given a modern twist with a coat of dark gray paint. Typical of hillside homes, a grand staircase sits at the front of the property, leading from the garage and street up to the front door and spacious porch. The main entry opens to an entertaining space that’s large enough to fit a grand piano, dining space, a bar, and a living area that surrounds a fireplace. Red hardwood floors add some color to the home that is otherwise painted entirely in off white tones. The expansive kitchen features double wall ovens, among other stainless steel appliances, a small breakfast area, and an adjacent lounge area surrounding an additional fireplace.

Upstairs, the primary suite offers gorgeous views, double height ceilings, and a custom closet. A deep soak tub, standing shower, and dual sinks complete the en suite bathroom which features cool blue accents in the tiling and vanity and plenty of natural light. The slim backyard space contains very little greenery, though it does offer a patio lounge area, room for a barbecue, and a covered hot tub. Along with the three bedrooms, the home features a den that could easily be converted into an extra bedroom.
