“مشروع تخرج جماعي دفعة 2020 قسم الهندسة المعمارية – كلية الهندسة – جامعة أسيوط”
يهدف المشروع إلى تطوير منطقة متدهورة عمرانية في الوليدية, بمحافظة أسيوط.
تتميز المنطقة بواجهة نيلية مميزة و تعتبر هي الواجهة الرئيسية لمدخل محافظة أسيوط.
و بجانب ذلك, يهدف المشروع إلى تطوير العائد الاقتصادي للأرض, بدون إهمال تطوير الظروف المعيشية و الصحية للسكان الحاليين مع احترام العادات و التقاليد و الثقافات الخاصة بالمنطقة.
ينقسم المشروع إلى عمل جماعي يتمثل في التصميم الحضري لقطعة الأرض, و عمل فردي يتمثل في التصميم المعماري لكل مبنى من المباني المكونة للمشروع.
