You Can Now Rent Prince’s Former Turks and Caicos Beach House
Access to the Turks and Caicos beach house of late singer Prince is now available to the public for the first time. Located on the secluded Turtle Tail peninsula of the Providenciales Island, Emara features the best contemporary design with Prince’s original architecture. After three years of enhancements, including an expansion to include the neighboring villa as well as the one Prince originally owned, the estate is ready to offer its guests an exclusive luxury experience.
The gated 20,000 square foot property features 17 ensuite bedrooms spread throughout the two unique villas, dubbed Emara East and Emara West. The playful touches throughout the property are reminiscent of the seven-time Grammy-winning rock legend.
Each room in Emara is carefully curated with design and comfort in mind. The villas offer entertainment areas, a tiered pool, tennis court, basketball court, and a welcoming private white sand beach.

Multiple outdoor terraces are available for guests to enjoy as well as an outdoor dining area that provides the best sunrise and sunset views. Guests will also have access to a concierge from 7am to 11pm and daily housekeeping. You can enjoy paddleboard rides across the clear turquoise waters, snorkel in their bay and dock your own yacht, chartered boat or jet skis.
You’ll find tributes to Prince throughout the property, namely in the form of his signature color. The original purple driveway that was painted for the artist is still intact, as well as a purple indoor billiards table. Prince designed a room himself, which has been preserved for guests to experience.
The “Purple Rain” singer purchased the property in 2011 as a private beach getaway. Following the artist’s passing in 2016, the property was listed on the market for a few years before it was sold in 2019 for $10.8 million.
