Cameron Thomaz, better known by his stage name, Wiz Khalifa, has listed his Encino, California home for $4.4 million. The rapper’s abode welcomes you with 25-foot ceilings and a voluminous open living space that includes a formal dining room, family room, and a kitchen with sleek, handleless lacquer cabinets, a waterfall island, and a breakfast nook. The kitchen leads to a backyard that is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. It includes a sparkling pool and spa, custom glass fire pit, and a custom concrete BBQ center. The lavish yard also includes a basketball court and a pool cabana.

The entryway features a black chandelier and floating wooden staircase.

Upstairs, an office space connects with an over-the-top outdoor terrace and a wrap-around balcony offering views of the Santa Susana mountains in the distance. The primary suite features a custom fireplace, large sleeping room with lounge area, and a walk-in center island closet.

The home sits on a little over a quarter of an acre, and the backyard boasts a pool, hot tub, and fire pit.

Some of the star quality amenities in the dwelling include a 100-bottle wine bar, a home theater, pool, spa, and an outdoor kitchen. All of these accouterments seem to fit the lifestyle of the Pittsburgh native, who has led a successful music career since releasing his debut album, Show and Prove in 2006. Before purchasing this home in 2019, Khalifa was residing in a $16,000 a month rental that was just as tricked out—as we know from the tour he gave AD back in 2018.  Now, it seems the Grammy-nominee, who has worked with notable artists such as Charlie Puth, The Weeknd, and Bruno Mars, is ready to upgrade his living space yet again. He purchased a modern farmhouse, also in Encino, for $7.6 million just last month.

Thomaz’s pad is listed with Alan Taylor at Compass and Brian Capossela with Cap Equity.
