Victoria’s Secret Angel Jasmine Tookes Lists Cottage-Style L.A. Home for $4.4 Million

The cozy, serene, contemporary-styled 1954 cottage acquired about four years ago by Victoria’s Secret Angel Jasmine Tookes is now up for grabs, according to Dirt.com. Purchased for $3 million, Tookes recently placed the property on the market and is hoping to bring in about $4.4 million for the updated digs.

Cradled in between the hills of Brentwood, California’s Mandeville Canyon, the 2,600-square-foot home boasts four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, and is set on a lush 0.34 acres. Design Works, an Irvine California interior design firm known for their timeless yet modern aesthetic, transformed the original dated home into a fresh, elegant spread when the supermodel first picked it up.

Numerous large windows and French doors envelope high ceilings throughout, all which facilitate lots of light into the comfy interior of nearly all-white walls and rich dark-wood floors. The small but airy open-plan kitchen effortlessly blends modern stainless steel appliances with wicker stools for a chic slant on country style. The primary bathroom also sticks to a du jour take on farmhouse style with an oversized soaking tub and black trimmed glass shower stall, complemented by matte black faucets and striking black-and-white floor tiles. Inside the primary bedroom, soft pink accents on window treatments and bedding lend a gentle grace to the space.

According to Vogue.com, Tookes wed longtime beau Juan David Borrero, a Snapchat director, in a lavish ceremony in Quito, Ecuador last September. Dirt.com reveals that just before the nuptials, Borrero purchased a $5.9 million seven-bed, ten-bath home in Mandeville Canyon and recently let go of his Bel Air bachelor pad for $5.3 million. Looks like the newlyweds are settling into a life together by doing away with the homes of their singledom.
