Troye Sivan Is Renting Out His Midcentury Hollywood Hills Home for $18k Per Month
Australian musician and actor Troye Sivan is leasing out a midcentury contemporary-style bungalow in the Hollywood Hills, according to Dirt. The “My My My!” singer, who will have a supporting role in the upcoming HBO drama The Idol, helmed by The Weeknd and Euphoria creator Sam Levinson, paid $2.15 million for the 1958-built structure back in November 2017 and is now listing it for a rent of $17,950 per month.
The 3,301-square-foot house, which has four bedrooms and a matching number of baths, features a curved-edge silhouette, with a cream-colored stucco façade accented by an arched front door and an arched two-car garage door topped by a big circular window. Inside, honey-hued hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling glass provide warmth and light throughout the open-plan main floor.
A living room area boasts a black marble floating hearth fireplace and access to the patio, which features a fire pit, a small round swimming pool, and numerous areas for al fresco dining and lounging. The adjacent kitchen is centered by a large island with a breakfast bar and sleek wooden cabinetry.

Upstairs, a separate living room features a huge glass domed skylight, and the nearby primary suite hosts the eye-catching circular window featured on the structure’s façade, as well as a white brick fireplace and a windowed ensuite bathroom with a glass-walled shower and a sunken bathtub.
The serenely designed space, which was renovated by the previous owner, producer Logan Levy, is reminiscent of the calm softly-lit atmosphere of Sivan’s historic and arty Melbourne home. “My wish for everyone is that your space is the place that you think of when you meditate,” Sivan said when AD toured that house in April 2021. “I want that for everyone ’cause it’s a really, really nice feeling to just have a place that’s yours.”
