Travis Barker Lists Calabasas Mansion as a $25,000 a Month Rental

A Mediterranean-style mansion reportedly owned by Blink-182 drummer and Kardashian in-law Travis Barker has hit the rental market for $25,000 a month, according to Realtor.com. The home rests on a corner lot in a privately gated Calabasas neighborhood—allegedly, the very same locale where Barker also maintains his longtime primary home, an understated dwelling designed by AD100 icon Waldo Fernandez. “I loved the simplicity and zen quality of his work. We connected immediately,” Barker said of the designer during an AD tour of the home last year.

A sense of tranquility can also be found at the newly up-for-grabs spot, a roughly 7,200-square-foot house that hosts six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms. The home last sold in 2017 for a hair above $2.8 million, per listing records. Featuring Italian finishes, a spacious updated kitchen with dark blue cabinetry, and an interior courtyard, the unfurnished 2006 build has all the makings of a luxe SoCal sanctuary.

Sandy colored stone tiles, vaulted ceilings, and an ornate cream fireplace decorate the double-height foyer. Up a winding staircase, the carpeted primary suite boasts multiple spots to lounge, two bespoke walk-in closets, a private balcony, and a slightly outdated but well-equipped ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, a roomy walk-in shower, and a wall-to-wall vanity with two sinks.

The backyard’s swimming pool and spa area comes equipped with Old World-style pillars and a custom figural fountain. Nearby, an electric fire pit is encircled by built-in bench seating, which matches the warm, Tuscan-style stone aesthetic carried throughout the property. A loggia and a covered patio with an adjacent barbecue space provide ample opportunity for outdoor lounging or dining.

Barker and his wife, reality TV star and socialite Kourtney Kardashian, also maintain a $14.5 million beach house in Carpinteria that they bought from TV host Conan O’Brien last year.
