SOHO Valdemarín si located in a natural setting with unbeatable views of the Guadarrama mountains and the Madrid skyline which inspires the 19 single-family homes, surrounded by well-tended landscaped spaces and lots of sunshine.
The homes breath with their large windows and double-height spaces, capturing the light and communicating directly with their private gardens allowing cross ventilation.

The aim is to make the most of the natural light.
The large windows illuminate the entire house, providing a pleasant atmosphere and the exterior louvers of slats will be in charge of controlling the incidence of sunlight thus blending privacy an light.
The interiors take part of the garden and generate wide and open spaces both in the day area (first floor) and in the night area (second floor).

In order to generate acoustic independence, the semi-detached houses share party walls only in the vertical communication spaces (stair and elevator), thus achieving the absolute sensation of an independent single-family house..
