Scooter Braun Lists Former Home of John Travolta for $23.95 Million

High profile music manager Scooter Braun has been quite busy rearranging his real estate portfolio this year. In September he bought a $65 million Brentwood mansion, then sold his Montecito estate (which AD toured) for $28 million, and now he’s listed the Brentwood home he purchased from John Travolta back in 2020. He snapped the property up from the actor in an off-market deal for $18 million, and though it appears he’s done little work to the place, he’s hoping to fetch $23.95 million, Dirt reports.

The Brentwood home is sprawling at 8,500 square feet spread between six bedrooms and nine and a half bathrooms, plus a 2.35 acre lot means copious amounts of room outdoors. The home was built in 1949, and though there are few photos available of its interior, it appears that the space hasn’t been modernized and maintains its original hacienda style. Large gates and an adjacent security booth ensure maximum privacy. A lit tennis court, vast lawns, and a charming kidney shaped pool offer plenty of options for outdoor recreation and an inground trampoline provides a little something for the younger set.

Its hilly locale means that the property offers quite the view, a feature that can be taken full advantage of from a large deck that’s perched on the side of a canyon—an ideal space for outdoor dining by night or day. The primary suite overlooks the canyon, too, and can be enjoyed from its wrap-around covered balcony.

Braun is best known as the manager of pop stars like Justin Bieber, Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande, and more. And fun fact, Grande’s realtor husband, Dalton Gomez, holds the listing of this home, along with Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency.
