Russell Westbrook Lists Traditional Brentwood Manse for $30 Million
Growing buzz around the potential trade of L.A. Laker Russell Westbrook is sure to increase. The nine-time NBA All-Star just put his 13,500 square-foot Brentwood Park mansion on the market for $29.995 million. Westbrook purchased the 2018-built property for $19.75 million, an amount miles away from today’s asking price. According to Dirt, the point guard put enough custom finishes into the home during his short proprietorship to warrant the $10.2 million price jump.
Listed by Hilton and Hyland agent Bjorn Farrugiat, the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home sits on nearly half an acre of land, tucked behind tall, lush greenery. Although the listing only provides one photo of the property’s interior, hardwood flooring can be seen flowing from a corridor into a luxurious contemporary living area marked by white walls, white shelving, white couches, and a black-and-white marble fireplace, all crowned by a beamed ceiling with recessed lighting.
On the home’s lower level sits a second family room and a guest bedroom, along with specialty features like a large formal bar, a chilled walk-in wine room, a gym, and movie theater. The primary suite is described as “five star” with a unique spa-like bathroom, two separate walk-in closets “that rival any luxury department store” and a patio.
An expansive, grassy backyard boasts a brick fireplace with seating and dining areas, a designated kitchen area with a built-in bar-b-que grill and a walk-up bar with stools, and an elegant cerulean blue swimming pool lined with lounge chairs.
Home to the iconic Getty Center, Brentwood is awash with celebs like LeBron James, Travis Scott, and uber music manager Scooter Braun.
