Pharrell Williams Fetches $9.2 Million for Glass Hollywood Residence With Skate Park

Nearly two years after first putting his Hazy Belzberg-designed home on the market, Pharrell Williams has officially sold the property, according to Mansion Global. The musician and entrepreneur fetched $9.2 million for the space, not quite the $11.95 million he first listed it for, but still a sizable profit from the $7.14 million he paid in 2015.

The ultra modern five bedroom, five and a half bathroom house features distinct slanted exterior walls and an abundance of floor to ceiling windows to take in the stunning view provided by its hillside location. Green accents are placed throughout, from the primary bathroom that features onyx walls, ceilings, and floors to the landscaped green wall in the dining area, along with built-in wooden elements that allow the interiors to perfectly tie in with the surrounding natural environment. The primary suite has a rather large footprint, with an enormous custom walk-in closet, the aforementioned spacious bathroom, and the bedroom which features a built-in wood bedframe and side table facing a fireplace. The 6,100 square feet space is open and winding, thanks to the home’s long rectangular shape. A bulbous fireplace in the living area introduces a space-age feel to the glassy room, a somewhat incongruous addition to the otherwise earthy property.

Distinct outdoor areas are interspersed around the property, one of the largest being the poolside area that looks over the 70 foot long infinity edge pool, and another surrounding a fully outfitted grilling station. A skate park and outdoor movie theater make the property particularly suited for entertaining.
