NFL Legend Terry Bradshaw Lists 750-Acre Ranch for $22.5 Million
Legendary NFL star, commentator, and reality TV star Terry Bradshaw has put his Oklahoma ranch back on the market after a buyer fell through. Bradshaw and his wife Tammy first attempted to sell the ranch in 2014, listed at $10.8 million. It was taken off the market in 2016 after failing to sell, and after renovations, was put back on the market more recently for $22.5 million. Bradshaw built up the ranch over a period of decades, accumulating almost 750 pastoral acres along the snaking Red River, right by the border of Oklahoma and Texas.
The 8,600-square-foot rustic main residence is set at the end of a long driveway that winds through fenced pastures. Throughout the eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a handful of powder rooms, the house showcases four beautifully built stone fireplaces, wood-beamed ceilings, and stone walls. The property also holds a 2,600-square-foot manager’s house and a four-bedroom bunkhouse. There’s also a two-story stone-built doghouse with its own pool.
The ranch features extensive equestrian facilities, including multiple barns and breeding facilities. You will also find an office with a full kitchen, a show barn for pigs, and a six-bay shop for servicing farm equipment. The beautiful land also holds winding walking, riding, and four-wheeling trails.
Bradshaw’s ranch is just outside Thackerville, Oklahoma, a city with a population of 445. Reality TV viewers may be familiar with the four-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback’s ranch, as it has been featured a number of times on E!’s The Bradshaw Bunch.
