Mike Myers Lists His Penthouse on Chelsea’s High Line for $20 Million
Actor and comedian Mike Myers is looking to offload his Chelsea penthouse–and it comes with swoon-worthy NYC views. Records show that the Saturday Night Live alum dropped $15.35 million on the 5,622-square-foot condo in 2017 and is now returning it to the market with a $20 million ask, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The four-bedroom, five-bathroom home has an additional 896 square feet of outdoor space spread across two terraces, one of which stretches nearly 65 feet long and boasts views of the Hudson River and the High Line right below. The dwelling’s other exposures offer panoramic views of the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building. There’s also a library, a media room, and a generous study with potential to be repurposed into a fifth bedroom.
The open-plan living room features wall-to-wall windows and a wood-burning fireplace surrounded by floor-to-ceiling honey-hued marble. Nearby, the all-black chef’s kitchen boasts custom oak cabinets with subtle gold accents, brass hardware, and an inky Carrara marble L-shaped island.

Stretching the entire length of the unit, the primary suite enjoys direct access to the oversized outdoor area, multiple sprawling walk-in closets, a study with a built-in marble wet bar, and exclusive access to the second terrace. The ensuite bath includes a sauna, steam shower, a cast iron bathtub, dual vanities cloaked in marble matching the living room fireplace, and radiant heated floors. The three additional bedrooms each come complete with their own matching marble bathrooms, featuring soaking tubs and separate showers.
Accessed via a keyed elevator entry, the luxe unit rests on the top of a 10-story luxury condominium that was designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen and completed in 2015. Myers, who is best known for his starring roles in Austin Powers, Wayne’s World, and Shrek, previously owned a $14 million penthouse in SoHo.
