Madonna Lists Contemporary Hidden Hills Home She Bought From The Weeknd
Just a year and nine days after the closing of her purchase of The Weeknd’s former Hidden Hills home, Madonna has tossed the dwelling back onto the market. According to the Wall Street Journal, the iconic singer is asking $25.995 million for the mansion she paid $19.3 million for last April. Either price may pale in comparison to the current home of The Weeknd (AKA Abel Tesfaye) which cost $70 million, but Madonna’s 12,500 square foot property is undoubtedly plenty luxurious (and plenty pricy) in its own right.
The contemporary house contains nine bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. A double height foyer with equally tall windows ushers sunlight inside, and a second floor overlook that connects the primary suite to the other bedrooms allows the light to spread even further into the residence. All of the bedrooms are spacious, and many contain similarly roomy closets, but the primary suite is particularly decadent with a lounge area surrounding a long fireplace and backlight shelving, a balcony seating area, dual boutique-style closets, and a large bathroom with dual vanities and a separate water closet.

Though it doesn’t seem as though significant changes have been made—after all, Toronto-native Tesfaye was the pad’s first resident after its construction was completed in 2017—the “Like a Virgin” singer did add a gym and a dance/pilates studio in the barn. Other amenities include a zero-edge saltwater pool, a spa that can accommodate more than ten people, and a full size colorful basketball court. Additional privacy is available in the two bedroom, two bathroom guest house.
