Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky Promote Their Conventional Bel Air Residence for $6.1 Million
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards and her husband Mauricio Umansky, the CEO of the luxury brokerage firm The Agency, have officially sold their Bel Air home for $6.1 million. The couple moved out of the home in late 2017, and have listed the property, taken it off the market, and relisted it a few times before finally snagging an offer. While they were still looking for a lucky buyer, the couple also offered the property for rent at the price of $20,000 a month, which Richards’s co-star Sutton Stracke took them up on.
The 6,229 square foot property is just as luxe as you’d imagine a space that’s housed two Real Housewives stars to be. The six bedroom, nine bathroom traditional space was thoughtfully redesigned by Faye Resnick Design Group (another name you may recognize from Real Housewives), with fireplaces in nearly every lounge space and wood paneling on both walls and ceilings in select areas. A fully soundproofed home theater, a wet bar, and a large backyard with a pool and sports court make the space ideal for entertaining. The primary suite features gorgeous high pitched ceilings, a seating area surrounding a fireplace, dual walk in closets, and a thoroughly decadent marble bathroom with a deep soak tub.

The listing was held by Mauricio himself, along with the couple’s daughters and fellow real estate agents, Farrah Brittany and Alexia Umansky. The buyer, author and financial expert Amanda Frances, was represented by Steve Frankel.
