Kendall Jenner Gets Into House Flipping in an Exclusive New Clip From ‘The Kardashians’

Kendall Jenner has taken a liking to house flipping. Well, that’s if an exclusive clip from tomorrow night’s episode of The Kardashians on Hulu has anything to say about it. It’s no secret that each member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan has their own robust real estate portfolio, but it seems Kendall Jenner is ready to take it one step further.
Jenner’s tequila brand, 818 (which is on display in her boyfriend Devin Booker’s Arizona home), is nearly two years old, so it’s only natural that she’d be looking to add another business endeavor to her rotation—after all, most of her sisters lead multiple different companies. “When I walk into a house, my wheels just start turning. I’m always like, I could do this or I could do that,” Jenner explains in the exclusive clip. “As a model, I still don’t have much say in anything creative really. That has brought me to wanting to start this journey of house flipping.”
“I like a house that has character. When I walked into this place, I was immediately drawn to the peaceful Spanish-y, farmhouse-y vibe,” Jenner told AD back in 2020 when her home was featured. The home that’s on view in the new clip is down to the studs, so there’s not much to see in the way of decor styles, though the comments she’s making lead one to believe that she’d like to create an airier space.
Especially compared to her sister Kim Kardashian’s all-greige space, Jenner’s current home indulges in color fairly often. Her kitchen flaunts bright teal cabinetry, and dark green mosaic tiles line one of her bathrooms from floor to ceiling. Even in the more tranquil areas of the home, Jenner’s art collection adds a healthy dose of color too.
Whether she turns into the next big interior designer or this project is merely a one-off, we’re excited to see how the home turns out.
