bulgari unveils watch ‘Octo Finissimo Sejima’ Edition

 

Bulgari has collaborated with famous architect Kazuyo Sejima for the brand’s Watch ‘Octo Finissimo’ Limited Edition. The Japanese architect and winner of the 2010 Pritzker Prize bears her own aesthetic codes to the collection. Her fondness for highly reflective and semi-transparent surfaces — often met in her architectural projects — is now reinterpreted on a smaller scale. The model sparkles thanks to mirror effects and the interplay between transparency and material.

Kazuyo sejima reimagines the classic octo watch with a mirror-like aesthetic

 

This 360-piece limited edition celebrates a camouflage design, playing between the visible and the invisible. Created by the Italian luxury fashion house in collaboration with the famous Japanese architect, Octo Finissimo Sejima Edition is marked with her sleek design signature, emitting a sense of mystery. This enlivens through a powerful mirror effect on the sapphire crystal dial, enhanced by a dot pattern which is also designed by Kazuyo. Furthermore, the polished stainless steel case and bracelet add to its delicate body. The model will come in a stainless steel box with a mirroring effect that follows the unique design language. 

 

The model will be on sale from November 2022, with a price of 1,771,000 ¥ (around 12.780 €).
