Julianne Hough Lists Cape Cod model Hollywood Residence for $40,000 per Month Lease
It would appear that Julianne Hough has traded for Los Angeles for New York, at least for the time being. The dancer and actor, best known for her work on Dancing with the Stars as a dancer, choreographer, and judge, has listed her Hollywood Hills home for rent for $40,000 a month and picked up a rental in Greenwich Village for $18,000 each month, according to Dirt.
The rent for Hough’s New York digs may be less than half of her Hollywood Hills home, but the triplex townhouse is in fact 250 square feet larger than her 3,000 square foot west coast space. Though much of the 1900-built NY townhouse has been overhauled, a few choice details point to its age, including the original wood flooring, wood beams in one of the bedrooms, and a charming fireplace in the living room.

Modern luxuries abound in the Cape Cod style LA property that Hough has owned for nearly a decade. The performer had the home remodeled by Steve Wunderlich, giving the three bedroom, four bathroom space remote controlled lighting, an integrated Sonos system, and an EV charging station. The rental comes furnished with decor Hough selected with the help of interior designer Jake Arnold (Vanessa Hudgens hired Arnold, too), who emphasized the home’s coziness with neutral furnishings that are both calming and welcoming. In any case, the choice to rent instead of sell indicates that Hough isn’t ready to wave goodbye to her Hollywood Hills haven yet.
Hough’s move to New York is no doubt owing to her upcoming Broadway debut in POTUS: Or, Behind Every Great Dumbass Are Seven Women Trying to Keep Him Alive.
