a fully immersive + choreographed sequence of installations elevated by unique material choices
ATELIER BRÜCKNER (see more here) organized the ‘journey of the future’ experience as a choreographed sequence of installations, with sounds and scents that take visitors away from everyday banalities — immersing them instead in a tangible, futuristic world where everyone has a role to play. further elevating that sensory experience are guiding lights and unique material choices featured on every exhibition level.

level 5 presents the ‘OSS-hope’, a space station context with walls clad in 3D-printed meshes that appear to be made from asteroid-mined material. meanwhile, the walls of the HEAL institute on level 3 comprise sustainable rattan palm. finally, clay engulfs the ALWAHA surfaces on level 4. more than twenty planning experts, visionary technologists, artists, and consultants were involved in the overall development of the ‘journey of the pioneers’ show.
