Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner’s Oceanfront Miami Condo to Be Listed for $18.8 million

According to the NY Post, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner’s 7,000-square-foot unit in Miami’s super luxe Arte building will be put up for sale next year. The family has been renting the seven-bedroom spread in Surfside since leaving Washington D.C. right after Joe Biden became president in early 2021. The offer price for the luxury digs is said to be set at $18.8 million. 

Arte, designed by Italian architect Antonio Citterio in a unique pyramid shape, is an exclusive oceanfront building housing just sixteen units but packed with tons of resort-like amenities. Residents enjoy a wellness center complete with a sauna, steam room, gym, and dedicated yoga studio; children’s playroom; residents’ lounge with catering kitchen; a tennis court located on the rooftop of an adjacent building; a seventy-five-foot indoor lap pool with travertine decking and onyx accents; an outdoor pool; and even a serene “meditation pond”the length of a lap pool with a floor covered in flat, black river rocks, and a wooden pergola with automatic shutters set on a floating deck. 

Each unit is enveloped in floor-to-ceiling glass walls and wrapped by generous terraces tiled with Brazilian ipe. Appliances in the kitchen and bathroom fixtures are as discreet and sleek as those found in any upscale hotel. Travertine is featured throughout bathroom and great room walls.

The couple reportedly planned to live at the prestigious residence while building on the 1.84-acre plot of land on Indian Creek island (also known as Billionaire Bunker due to the ultra-high net-worth of the residents occupying its 41 homes) which they purchased from musical heartthrob Julio Iglesias for $31.8 million. The NYPost reported in July of 2021 however, that the couple also purchased an 8,510-square-foot French neoclassical fixer-upper on the other side of the island and were renovating there as well. Where the Trump-Kushner family ends up is left to be seen.
