Henry Golding Buys $2.4 Million Conventional-Fashion House in Los Angeles
After the success of Crazy Rich Asians, actor Henry Golding’s career has only gotten busier and busier between his work in A Simple Favor, The Gentlemen and most recently his portraying the titular character in Snake Eyes. Golding, who was born in Malaysia and spent the majority of his childhood living in England, has spent the past few years living in Los Angeles. The actor seems to like the stateside lifestyle—according to Dirt, he just purchased a home in the LA neighborhood of Mar Vista.
Golding and his wife Liv Lo had a baby less than a year ago and the 2,128 square foot traditional-style pad is indeed a wonderful fit for a young family. The couple paid $2.4 million for the four bedroom three bathroom property that’s less than 10 minutes away from Venice Beach by car. Built in 1954, the home’s exterior is a mix of stone, white siding, and white stucco, giving it an intense brightness in the California sun. The inside is equally bright and airy, with white walls and cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms, plus an abundance of recessed lighting throughout the space. The primary suite offers a spacious balcony with views of the coast and in its bathroom, dual vanities and a soaking tub.

Though the backyard space is rather small (the lot is 0.14 acres), vast windows and bifold windowed doors at the back of the house allow the outdoor space to be utilized seamlessly with indoor entertainment in the adjoining living space.
