Oscar-winning filmmaker Guillermo del Toro has added a 1920’s bungalow to his portfolio for $4.2 million. Completely remodeled and modernized, the eye-catching Santa Monica property was sold to del Toro in a bidding war for around $300,000 over the asking price.
The 3,500-square-foot single-story home is secured by a gated entrance which leads into a grassy front yard.
