Daveed Diggs and Emmy Raver-Lampman Buy Kevin McKidd’s Studio City Home
Daveed Diggs and Emmy Raver-Lampman have clearly been enjoying life in the San Fernando Valley. Just three years after buying their home in the Valley’s Sherman Oaks neighborhood, the couple, who met while starring in Hamilton on Broadway, has picked up another home in the Valley, though this time in the neighboring enclave of Studio City. They purchased the contemporary rustic space from Grey’s Anatomy actor Kevin McKidd for $5 million, according to Dirt.
There’s no doubt that Snowpiercer star Diggs and The Umbrella Academy actor Raver-Lampman will put a colorful spin on the place, as they did in the Sherman Oaks home that AD toured last year. As it stands right now, the 4,307 square foot space is rather earthy, with all black and white interiors made lively with wood accents, as in the primary bathroom which features a luxurious deep soak tub framed by wood vanities on either side. Along with the five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, the home has numerous rooms suited for entertaining, like the media room equipped with surround sound and a game room with its own wet bar.

Located in the Fryman Canyon, the home is perfectly nestled into its gorgeous surrounding environment, offering plenty of greenery on view from the windows and a multi-level backyard. A well-placed deck connects the second floor of the house to the upper section of the backyard while also providing cover for the al fresco dining area in the lower outdoor space. The upper level contains the majority of the outdoor amenities, including a kidney shaped pool, barbecue station, firepit, and quaint guesthouse are available on the upper level.
