Connie Britton Buys Midcentury-Style Influenced Home for $5.6 Million

Veteran actor Connie Britton, who starred as Nicole Mossbacher in the first season of HBO’s The White Lotus, has just scooped up a coveted Santa Monica home along with her partner, This Is Us writer and producer David E. Windsor, according to Dirt. There was a bidding war over the gorgeous house—which is a contemporary interpretation of midcentury architecture—that saw the couple paying $600,000 over the $5 million asking price.

Built in 2016, the residence’s clean-line facade is a mix of concrete, wood, and numerous glass sliding doors that open up to the outdoors, including a small but inviting manicured lawn and patio to the back, and a courtyard to one side.

Sitting on about 8,000 square feet of land, the 3,600-square-foot house features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main floor’s open plan concept has designated sections for a living area, dining area, an open kitchen with a large island and breakfast nook, and a wood-paneled bar and lounge space. Polished concrete floors can be found throughout most of the first floor while a special wood-beamed ceiling adds character to the living area and kitchen. Standing as its own true room, an office right off the entrance has been noted by the listing as a possible fourth bedroom. A large primary suite with a walk-in closet, steam shower, soaking tub, and private balcony, shares the top floor with two smaller bedrooms that share a bathroom.

Britton, who has a twelve-year-old son, has been dating Windsor since 2019. The Emmy Award nominee told Andy Cohen on his SiriusXM radio show, “I have an amazing man in my life now and he is definitely stepping into that more paternal role.”
