The former Malibu home of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber that hit the market at a staggering $99.5 million in March has found a buyer, according to Mansion Global. The price of the sprawling Mediterranean-style villa dropped to $89.75 million before going into contract at an undisclosed final price. The sellers, Yellowstone actress Barret Swatek and her husband, investor Adam Weiss, bought the property from Crawford and Gerber in 2018 for $45 million—a drop in the bucket compared to their hefty profits from the sale.

Completed in 1944, the four-bedroom, six-bathroom dwelling takes full advantage of its beachside location, offering plenty of opportunities to take in ocean views. Most notably, huge wraparound decks line both levels of the 7,450-square-foot structure, accessible from the open-plan interior via oversized sliding glass doors that double as nearly floor-to-ceiling windows when closed. “You wake up in the morning and you can see dolphins out the window,” Weiss told Mansion Global. Additional outdoor amenities on the three-acre lot include a tennis court, a pool, a spa, a fire pit overlooking the ocean, a cabana with an outdoor fireplace, and a private stairway to the nearby El Sol Beach.

Inside, the living room, den, dining room, and kitchen share an open floor plan. The primary bedroom enjoys a fireplace, two en-suite bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. Other highlights include a gym with vaulted ceilings, a media room, and a bedroom with its own entrance, bathroom, and kitchen.

The house was prominently featured in a “73 Questions” video interview in 2017, in which Crawford referred to Malibu living as “heavenly,” which is unsurprising, considering the abode’s luxurious trappings. Since then, Swatek and Weiss, who held their wedding on the property, made updates to the interior and replaced a concrete-paved parking area with grass landscaping.
