Cindy Crawford’s Former Malibu Residence Is Asking $99.5 Million
It’s been just four years since Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber sold off one of their Malibu properties for $45 million. It is now back on the market—and it’s now going for more than double. As reported by Mansion Global, the four bedroom, six bathroom home has been listed with an astronomical asking price of $99.5 million, a shockingly steep hike in price for the beachfront contemporary Mediterranean property.
The current owners, who bought the property from Crawford and Gerber in 2018, are retired hedge-fund manager Adam Weiss and his wife, actor Barret Swatek, who’s best known for her work on Yellowstone. Despite only living there for four years, the 7,450 square foot house has plenty of sentimental attachment for the couple, as it’s where they got engaged and where they held their wedding. They put a ton of elbow grease into renovating the property, with a long list of changes that include an overhaul of the landscaping, the replacement of a concrete area used for parking with a grassy meadow, and less dramatic updates indoors.

The dwelling is located atop bluffs on the El Sol County Beach which, according to Weiss, feels almost like a private beach since there’s no easily accessible public entrance nearby. Though the structure is rather high up above the sand, there are multiple staircases down to the water and an inset lounge area on a wooden deck just above the sandy shores. Other highlights on the 3 acre property include a pool, tennis court, and a cabana. Balconies and plenty of glass sliders allow the beautiful natural environment to be enjoyed even from within the structure itself.
