Giovanni Barbieri’s new parquet-flooring collection features expressive floral patterns. Oak tiles, offered in different shades and custom-made stains, join together to form unique compositions. The blocks are produced with low-energy techniques to reduce emissions and avoid industrial waste. Each beveled piece is just over 2′ square and 5/8″ thick.

Preserved Treasures

Preserved Treasures is a durable flooring solution offered by Tarkett. The collection includes Powerbond (pictured), an Asthma & Allergy Friendly–certified hybrid carpet made with up to 28% recycled content; and Ethos, a carpet tile produced with nearly 80% recycled content. Powerbond is sold in 6′ × 105′ rolls, and Ethos tiles are 1½’ × 3′.
