The palatial Beverly Hills estate where Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck stayed during their nearly two-year-long newlywed house hunt has landed on the market for $85 million, according to the Wall Street Journal. The power couple eventually chose another mansion in Beverly Hills this summer: a $61 million contemporary Georgian-style home. With the Lopez-Affleck family out of the picture, seller James Packer (son of the late Australian media giant Kerry Packer, and a former flame of Mariah Carey’s) is looking to pass along the deed to the 12-bedroom and 18-bathroom property, which he reportedly bought in 2018 for about $65 million.

Previously, the compound was the longtime home of actors Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman, who resided there for over two decades before selling the 1930-built traditional-style structure in 2015 for $26.6 million.

The updated property boasts “endless amenities that will satisfy the most discerning buyer,” said Santiago Arana of The Agency, who holds the listing along with Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker. That statement certainly appears to ring true upon perusal of the listing: spanning 24,325 square feet, the main house offers plenty of room to spread out and A-list-worthy features, including gigantic walk-in closets, an elevator, numerous fireplaces, and wet bars.
