Amber Heard Sells Yucca Valley Estate for $1.1 Million

Aquaman actor Amber Heard quietly acquired a three-bedroom, three-bathroom Yucca Valley oasis in early 2019, paying $570,000. Now, TMZ reports that Heard has sold the property for just shy of $1.1 million—almost double of what she paid for it just three years ago. The Southwestern-style pad is located deep in California’s San Bernardino County on a gorgeous six acres in the Mojave desert. Built in 2015, the home offers concrete floors throughout and beautiful views from every window.

The front doors of the house open to a main living area, equipped with a fireplace and a bar which includes a beverage cooler. Behind the living area you’ll find a formal dining area that provides breathtaking views of the rugged mountains that dominate the property’s backyard space.

The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and an eat-in bar which lays in between to gorgeous wood beams. It is decked out in Wolf and Miele appliances and eye-catching wood cabinets and doors.

The primary bedroom is located on the second level and features a sliding glass door that leads to a back patio with the same rocky view that surrounds the estate. The primary bathroom includes a walk-in stone shower with two entries, a built-in soaking tub and dual vanities.

The property is naturally landscaped and includes a 110-foot wooden bridge which was custom-engineered by the previous owner. The bridge takes you over a shallow wash to a staircase which is embedded in a rugged hill behind the house. Beyond the steps you’ll find a hillside gazebo which gives you an impeccable view that stretches for miles over the neighborhood.

Heard’s home is situated about 10 miles west of Joshua Tree National Park in a town of 20,000 people. The property was never publicly listed for sale and has quietly changed hands in an off-market deal.
