Adele Lists Nicole Richie’s Former Beverly Hills Estate for $12 Million

Adele seems to have found herself with a surplus of Beverly Hills homes. When the “Easy on Me” singer signed the deed on a $58 million mansion listed by Sylvester Stallone at the beginning of the year, it became her fourth property in the star-studded city. Now, Dirt reports that the Grammy winner is attempting to offload her previous 90210 purchase: the French Country-style abode that she bought for $10 million from her pal Nicole Richie in June 2021.

Listed for $12 million, the 5,515-square-foot home lies on a private corner lot in a gated community right next door to one of the homes that Adele still maintains. Described in the listing as a “Hamptons-style” structure, the two-story estate was built in 1957, though it has since received plenty of renovations and upgrades. The home, which is enveloped by tall hedges and greenery, holds four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms as well as a gym, security room, and office.

On the first floor, a sprawling white marble-clad chef’s kitchen shares an open floor plan with a small dining space and a living room with a fireplace. The adjacent open-plan formal dining and living room and a wood-walled den also enjoy their own fireplaces. Throughout the main floor, nearly floor-to-ceiling French doors open out to the manicured backyard, which houses a stone-ledged pool, spa, sports court, vegetable garden, and the chicken coop that Nicole Richie had custom-built to match the house. A massive pergola-covered patio and an outdoor kitchen line the back of the house, offering tons of space for outdoor entertaining.

Upstairs, the primary suite is graced by yet another fireplace and is complete with two walk-in closets and a luxurious ensuite bathroom decked out with a steam shower and a soaking tub.

The highly secure gated community is also home to Jennifer Lawrence, Nicole Kidman, and Penelope Cruz.
