Hagit Pincovici x Kelly Wearstler

Since launching her online artist platform, Gallery, in 2021, the prolific Kelly Wearstler has illuminated works by Dutch collective Rotganzen, L.A. ceramicist Morgan Peck, and, most recently, Israeli-born artisan Hagit Pincovici. Outdoor explorations during the pandemic led to Pincovici’s discovery of dead, albeit beautiful desert plants, which she then began to cast in bronze as a way to preserve their intricate details. The result? Third Nature, an organically shaped range of handmade furniture and decor that melds solid oak bases with Pincovici’s vibrant metal depictions of lifeless palms and date branches. kellywearstler.com

Awash in earth tones, the pieces seem to pull directly from the Golden State’s terrain while blending simple forms and elevated craftsmanship. Within the collection, camel-hued velvet swivel chairs and curvy woven sofas are anchored by bentwood legs. Elsewhere, subtle marquetry elements grace the Loma oak wardrobe, while the tapered-base Point Dume games table taps into vintage and nostalgic appeals. cb2.com
